White Flame is part of my recent ongoing Fire Series – dedicated to the theme of fire in the sense of an element closely related to ceramic processes but in a symbolic way as well. This particular piece was hand builded from local chamotte clay directly into the inner space of wooden object, which I found in the ceramic factory in central Slovakia.  It was only a high fire from a 120 years old fabric kiln that caused movement of a piece – denial of an original static form. After that, I tighten up ceramics together with the initial wooden object and chamotte pieces produced at the same factory.
